I am a Cognitive Behaviour Therapist, with many years experience in the National Health Service. I have worked with adults of working age with a range of severe mental  health problems within varied settings. I have held a post in the NHS as a CBT Specialist in the Psychology services and currently work as a Research & Development Manager in a Clinical Trials Unit.  I have an honorary contract with University of Southampton where l teach and supervise. I have project managed a high impact randomised controlled trial as part of my doctorate involving 'developing cultural adaptation of CBT for Psychosis for ethnic minority communities in the UK'. I am currently working on research looking at depression in Schizophrenia: Positive Memory Training (PoMeT) with lead researchers in the area.  I also run this private practice.
